This Master Plan is illustrative only and shows seven new buildings. The University Dr. entrance is on the east side of the 14 acre parcel. The boulevard angles in and between the north and south apartment buildings. The parking deck on Mayfair St. is surrounded on two sides by apartment units. A bridge with apartments connects the north and south apartment buildings. Two retail buildings near University Dr. will reuse portions of the current mall structure. An additional retail anchor is proposed near Auto Dr.
Urban Apartments: three 4-story buildings; 250-310 units
Boutique Retail: three 1-story buildings; under residential
Office Space: street level; under residential units
Parking Deck: one 5-floor structure; enclosed
